Meet Sahil

As a part time graduate student and part time waiter, Sahil barely has time to wash the dishes, let alone doom-scroll through streaming services to find his next watch. He’s in need of an organized and personalized platform which will help him pick what to watch next

based on what he’s watched and enjoyed in the past.

Meet Iris

Working from home, with toddlers, Iris is a busy bee. Just as her apartment is in a constant state of array of toys and laundry, so is Iris' watching habits. Since she starts many shows at once but doesn’t always finish them, she's in desperate need of a place to keep track

of all of her shows.

I designed showsync to be in darkmode, utilizing a pop of teal throughout the UI. As teal is associated with serenity, rejuvenation, and restoration, I aimed to align the user's experience of the app with their experience relaxing and watching one of their favorite shows in a dark room or comfortable space.
